Cloth on KJ doors?
So i noticed something yesterday that I can't believe I never noticed before. My 02 2WD Sport has cloth inserts on the Door panels instead of vinyl like all of the other KJs that I have seen. yes, one of the firesticks is used for my CB and the other is used as a radio antenna as I got rid of my stock antenna to install the snorkel.- gtommec

oh I thought I commented on that... I don't think turning it into a camper would be feasible (i would think it could get to heavy to quickly), I really like the idea of a small utility trailer matching the rear of my KJ, plus I am more of a tent camper anyway :D- gtommec

you jest but your KJ would sell all day long here for 13K, people (esp dealers) are stupid about KJ prices here. Stock 02/03 4x4 basic Sports with 100k miles sell all day long here for $10,000. Disable 85mph/120kph chime?
I would assume it is just like the other chimes on these KJs (seatbelt, fuel light etc) it may tell you how to disable it in the owners manual (provided you have the original)- gtommec

I would just save the cash and buy the higher quality OME ones, another thing to think about is that the lifetime warranty on the monroes is only good for the first set, when the replacements go bad they are not covered under the lifetime warranty.- gtommec

sunroof stuck open
I know that every car that I have had with a factory sunroof had a way to close the sunroof manually in the event of a failure (with an allen wrench, etc.) does the KJ not have this option? -
