Hey now, no fighting kids. I was asking a simple question that I believe was answered in the first reply. No need to fight. Who cares what an F150 can carry. I don't have one of those so it doesn't matter.
So, 1150# is the limit but 500# suggested in rear area. so 1000# with the seats down...
What's the most weight you've ever had in the back of your Liberty? I need to pick up some wood pellets for my stove and I wonder if I can get the full ton in there or not. I'm thinking no but it raised the question, so I'm asking.
Also, do you have a stock or aftermarket suspension...
Bummer man. I drive the CT highways every day and always see crap on them. The DOT takes forever to move crap like that.
BTW - Can I have my tire back? Thanks.
Not gonna work. The part that's cracked is the actual stem where the cap screw on. And the stop valve (or whatever it's called) inside is visible.
Going with the Dorman. Thanks guys!
So, I thought I posted this already but I couldn't find it. I have a cracked valve stem on my '05 Renny. The tire is slowly losing air (not sure if it is the valve stem or not). Either way, I'm gonna replace it. The stealership wants $76.40 for a replacement! I found a non OE part...
You know what, that's a good idea. Getting an inverter and using that with a small compressor might be a better solution. Because then I also have a plug for anything else I might need power for.
Thanks everyone for your input!
And for tanks - You guys reminded me of something my...
Wasn't so much the "heavy duty" that is selling me on it. If it can top off my tires without having to go to the gas station, and it looks pretty cool, I wouldn't mind having it in the back of my Jeep. And for under $50.
Sure TBJ, but... if an aftermarket cost me $8 and lasts half as long as a $20 OE blade, I'm still saving a few bucks.
Just sayin'.
But of course this is based on my assumption that I would go through exactly 2 aftermarket blades in the same time I would go through one OE blade.
It's not mine. I saw this in the parking garage at work. At first I was like "Holy crap what the hell?!?" Then my second thought was "I gotta get a pic to post. The guys on the forum will love this."
Just remember no matter what your insurance company tells you, you can get your vehicle fixed at the shop/dealer of your choice. They CAN NOT force your hand at where to get your Jeep repaired. So go get some estimates on your own.
Yes, you have to remove the overhead console to get to the map lights. There's a few clips holding the whole thing together. Cargo area...haven't opened mine up yet. I'm sure someone else will chime in.
What are you putting in, anything good?
