    BDS lift kit

yeah....looking at the original link, the kit description does show that it includes the rear shocks...but really, you may as well just get what you want. for the price of that BDS kit, you're spending $150 on rear shocks alone when compared to the $320 for the OME kit.

    BDS lift kit

I'm not sure about the kit quality, but for that price, you can get OME springs which I do know the load ratings for, and you can customize your spring rate (stock, medium duty, heavy duty). This allows you to go stiffer up front for example if you plan to add a custom bumper, which would add...

still have some parts laying around (kj)

I could use a set of 5 lug nuts. Had the wrong size socket when I started to take rims off and sort of squished one set of lug nuts. Now the right size socket doesn't fit very well. What would shipping be to 43013? Or if you ever come down to Columbus...I could meet you somewhere. Thanks!

    Rear Axle Bent?

The right axle shaft can be pulled, so I would assume you could replace just that half. However, I'm guessing you may have to replace any contact parts (bearings, seals) on the right axle tube as well.

    Kuhmo SAT KL61's?

Stock 16X7 sport rims. In hindsight, I'm not sure if those are wide enough rims for those tires. I know they technically fit, but would tend to pinch the sidewalls in a bit and crown the tread surface. Just OME spring lift for now, but I need to replace my clevis bushings, so before tires I...

    Kuhmo SAT KL61's?

Anyone ever run these? http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Kumho&tireModel=Road+Venture+SAT+KL61 I like them compared to the Firestone Destination AT's because they have a rim guard. They're ranked pretty good on tirerack too. Just curious about real-world reviews. Also, can...

    sticky part-time, anyone?

Not that I disagree completely, but considering I have owned several automatic 4x4's, and they ALL have done this, I don't consider this to be an issue. I don't like that it sticks sometimes, but even frequent engagement/disengagement has not prevented it from sticking occasionally. However...

    Problems with my 06 Liberty

So when you went backwards instead of forwards how long did that happen? What did your husband do to fix it? Does the 4x4 selector still work? Also, what modes do you have for 4x4 (like 4x4 full time, or does it only have part time, neutral, and low?) That makes a difference in what transfer...

Mopar fog light kit differences 02-04

I think you just mentioned the problem. Did the 02 have a premium bcm? If not that may be the difference.

    sticky part-time, anyone?

yeah, it takes a bit before it disengages. mine does the same thing. i've had other 4x4's do the same thing. i think it's due to torque holding the mechanism in place until it finally can release.

    Still having heater problems

possible plugged heater core is what i'm guessing. haven't looked at the setup on my Libby yet, but is it possible to disconnect the heater core lines and try to flush with a hose to see if water goes in one line and comes out the return line? that would be a good indication of blockage or...

Another new development--vibration at 42 mph

mine doesn't sound like that issue...the issue in that link is from the torque converter locking up, and as the owner stated, would only last about 10 seconds...mine will do it all day long. mine feels more like a vibration than a shudder.

    Vibration in snow

Just cause this it what everyone else tells me....have you checked your u-joints? After driving for a while, park the Jeep and touch the u-joint to see if it's hot. Just to give you a baseline...mine weren't even warm.

Another new development--vibration at 42 mph

Same problem here. I've said the heck with it for now. I too pulled the front drive-shaft and still heard the rumble. Your description is nearly identical to my problem. I'll be watching this to see if you ever track it down. For now, I don't have the time or money to start throwing parts...

Front driveline grumble, worse in 4WD

So Eric, naturally that was what I was thinking, which is why I assumed it was front driveline related....However...I still notice the same low rumble even in 2WD, and even now with the front drive-shaft removed...it's just not as loud (not even close for that matter...but you can tell it's...

    42RLE Shudder in reverse

i'd have to check on the 42RLE, but on other auto's if you hold the accelerator steady while driving, and tap the brake pedal, that usually kicks out the converter lockup. you can do that to test and see if the converter is unlocking like it's supposed to.

    Transmission problem.... Please help diagnose

Brakes locked up or anything? Just thinking out loud here. If you jack up the rear end, can you spin the tires?

    42RLE Shudder in reverse

I know what you're talking about...and mine works that way, like it should as far as I'm concerned (in and out of lockup w/no downshift). What kind of shift programming did you have done?

Front driveline grumble, worse in 4WD

Thanks Tom...however I had to laugh at this one....I believe this is about the fifth time in the last week I've seen you post this...lol Believe me, I was planning to do this before you posted here. But thanks again! :favorites13: Cheers!
