Oil options for 90k+ motor
Umm. You forgot SuperTech. DON"T USE SUPER TECH. It's worse that FRAM and Penssoil. Even Ford's Motorcraft brand is a much better choice than either.- LibertyOrDeath

If I remember right they didn't get tight. If you are not sure then thread a bolt in and try to pull it out. If that works then you are good to go.- LibertyOrDeath

4.10:1 The main issue is finding the D30A gears, you can get them from places that sell gears for a 2.4L I4 KJ.- LibertyOrDeath

Changing my rear dif fluid
Uh oh. I would recommend swapping it out after 15K. Wal-Mart SuperTech Gear Oil fails to meet standards I go with Valvoline Gear Oil, it wasn't much more than the Super Tech was.- LibertyOrDeath

Fuel overflow when filling up...
A while after I got mine 06 it would happen at a certian station, then at all stations. It stopped for 18 months and now will do it a most Shell stations and rarely a 7-11. Just a week ago I had the gas piss all over me. Had some stank to it. No flapper on my filler either.- LibertyOrDeath

Uh oh. I was planning on running 235/85 after my 245/75's wear out. How do I see that mine will fit? I get very minimal rub @ full lock with an untouched pinch weld. All I have are the OME HD front and rear with a 3/8 clevis up front.- LibertyOrDeath

Spare tire cover. On or Off?
I sport my tire cover during football season and randomly throughout the year. When I go to 235/85R16 I will be probably unable to put it on anymore. If your spare is too big, off.
