Hi Folks,
I am trying to match up a Toyota Supra Turbo transmission R154 with a Liberty Bell Housing to then be used with a Chrysler 2.4L turbo engine from a PT Cruiser. Can someone tell me if the image below is a Liberty bell housing? Thanks very much.

Uh

Why not just use the NSG370 that was used in the '05+ Dakota 4x2s, the bellhousing, don't know...it can come from either an '04+ TJ 2.4 or an '04+ KJ with a 2.4...

Are you building an mk3 Supra with a Turbo 2.4?
If so, this is win.

Also, with the NSG370, you get 6 gears.

I already have the R154, the 2.4L turbo, and the bellhousing in the photo. I am trying to determine of the bellhousing is sourced from a Jeep Liberty. Anyone recognize it?

Not really, since 2.4 Libertys are kinda rare birds, and most of the people that own one wouldn't know or care what a bellhousing is.

If it bolts to the 2.4, you can rest assured it came from either a Liberty or a 2.4 Wrangler.

And if you don't want to be sociable, pop in without introduction and not answer other questions (IE is this going into an mk3 Supra?) or share details about your project to inquiring minds, that's rather impolite.

Would be kinda fun in a Miata

Being they weigh 3,600+ pounds, would be kind of a **** in a 3rd gen Supra.

Ooooh...a PINTO...with the NSG370...that could be fun, too
