and how exactly would I reach inside the crossmember to fit a nut from the other side?
Nah I think I'd stick with the manufacturer instructions, I just need to know the thread/diameter that's all.
Rivnut size/thread specs for skids mounting
What's the MOPAR rivnut size specs (6505294AA) thats required for tcase skid installation?
Reason I am asking is that all the MOPAR part dealers sell each for 3~4$ + ~20$ which puts me at around 30$ for 5 rivnuts (1 spare) while Amazon sells 20 pcs...
Assuming you replace the KJ fork with a KK on a 3" JBA/OME lifted Libby, what would be required in the rear in order to keep the truck straight angle (not rake backwards)?

My KJ started making this rattling sound (vibration/knocking) coming from the rear passenger side while car is rolling. It's driving me crrrrrrazy. I thought it's the rear seat belt, the shitty electric window motor in the rear right door, the tonneau cover or maybe even the rear bump stop...
Get a 02-03 with the 45rfe tranny. I'd personally go with limited for the leather seats and audio control from the steering wheel I find that convenient. I think that the sport model seats suck. Sunroof is always fun (if it's not leaking)

Thanks guys for all the feedback. I'll steer clear of the RRO crap. Simple google search proves all of what you've been saying. I'll keep on saving $$$ to get a pair of JBA UCAs.

Well yeah but 395$ + tax + shipping and you're at ~480$
Now the RRO UCAs are also for lifted libbys, not sure about the length spec.
AFAIK they also got replaceable ball joints
How does the RRO UCAs (gen 1) compare to the JBA UCAs?
If I can get a deal on a pair should I go for it instead of shelling out whopping 480$ for JBAs?
How'd you keep the outer rim original color? Just careful placement of painters tape or other trick?
Also did you paint the caliper?? How?

Comparing the two custom floor mat products for the 02-04 KJ:
Hexomat vs Weathertec -
Anyone can shed some light on which one works/looks better?
The Hexomats have a slight advantage on price.
oh shit I just found out I used the crowns in my rear isos (fronts I bought mopar, phhew!)... maybe I'll massage them with some silicone so they'll hold
What's the general notion / opinions here on using seaform in a high mileage KJ? Good / bad?
Let's divide the question to three:
In the gas tank?
In engine oil? (Must change oil right after?)
Inject to vacuum line?

I am trying to wrap my head around how to mount the skids set + what hardware is required. Wanna make sure I got all the correct items before I begin so got a bunch of questions, bear with me:
according to this:
Easiest thing is the fuel tank skid - 6 x M12 bolts, done. OK..
Now tcase and...
Will a product like that

be a good solution for the occasional lifted KJ work / carry-around in case of flat tire?
