    Shop Time

It's 2 hours for R&I front coilovers,0.8 hours for rear shocks,1 hour for rear coils, and 1-2 hours for alignment. So expect a regular shop to do the install for at or around $500 dollars if they will install it at all since most do will not use customer parts and again most will not install...

    Axle thoughts

Your totally SOL for "only $500",sorry. A good locker will run you $1000 before install, and a good LSD will run you about $600 before install and both prices are per axle.

    Rear lower shock mount extensions

While true in 1 point still he is limiting the suspension, the bumpstops are there to prevent hard full compression of the shocks which will kill them fast, not limit travel.

    Rear lower shock mount extensions

If a shock has 10" of total travel it does not matter where or how you mount them you will only get 10" of travel. The correct length shocks(for a 3"-4" lifted KJ) for the rear are 12" short body shocks.

    Tire damage near rim

No federal, might be state laws but none stating less than 5-10 years. My companies policy is no tire can be sold that is 5+ years old and we can not service any tire that is 10+ years old(can't even air up said tire). It can vary from company to company on there own policy though.

Lights dimming when using power windows

Normal. Your power window motors draw alot of amps on top of other high amp loads already being placed on the system. Say it's at night so you have your headlights on,AC on,and radio your pulling upwards of 70amps from the system, tack on another 10amps and you will notice it.

    RT off-road diff cover

Just because it has a higher fill plug does not mean you can run more fluid. If you have to much in there it will spit it out through the breather and axle seals. The plug being higher is for when higher lifts are used that tilts the pinions up to keep correct angle allowing the correct...

    Codes P0132 and P0152

Well your "mechanic" is not a mechanic by anymeans, meaning he sucks. Need to be looking at freeze frame data,STFT and LTFT's along with the O2 readings at the same instances that caused the codes to set(via Freeze frame data) and you need to monitor the fuel pressure at the same time via a...

2005 KJ 3.7 Rene with poor MPG

Could be,without a teardown you would not know. Just use a good paper filter. Proper fluids(correct weights for engine oil, diffs, and such) is key, worn wheel bearings, sticking brakes, bad u-joints,tires and there pressure, and a few others things can and will effect MPG's,sometimes...

2005 KJ 3.7 Rene with poor MPG

Trash that K&N,might be to late though as it has already damaged your engine internals. They do not filter worth a damn and has been widely known for 15+ years. They are for racing only on pavement.

    New Jeep New Problems

The pic your showing a downstream O2 sensor which only monitors the cat and has in no way any effect on MPG's. In 22 years I have yet to diagnose a P0171/P0174(B1/B2 lean) code that was caused by a O2 sensor problem. You will get O2 codes well before any lean/rich codes. Intake...

They reduced the length between the upper shock hole and lower shock hole since you are using the wrong shocks.
