I can't go anywhere without tripping over 3-4 of them along the way... Within my neighborhood there are three others within a 1/4 mile of my house alone. Only one is lifted - and it has Moab rims too! ( I need to go meet these people - they appear to have good taste!)

You can get the clamp at the dealership's parts department. Can't remember how much it was, but I broke mine a few years ago... In the battery tray there is a slot on the headlight side that the lip on the bottom of the battery slides into, then the wedge shaped clamp on the Windshield side...

I finally found two decent looking (:imo:) Brush Guards for the Liberty. They are made by Tomken, and don't have all the goofy looking bends that most of the others incorperate trying to match the Liberty's bug-eyed aperance. I realy like the smaller one...

I too spend a good amount of time reading everyone's opinions before dropping the hammer on some OME springs for my lift three or more years ago - never regretted it. Done once - done right. Lots of experience here as well as good advice.

I Agree with Wheeee32 I've got red top Optimas in both my full size Dodge, and the Liberty. The Dodge is going on at least 7 years, (Jeep's on it's third) and here in the AZ summer, if you get three out of a battery, it was a good one. Can't say how they are in the cold.... Best part ...

I too am late to the party, and have been MIA for a while. I have the 265/75-16 Hankook Dynapro ATMs on a full-ize Dodge short bed for about 8 months now and love them! At the time, they were the cheepest tire Discout had in that size - around $125. They ride far better than anything else...

If I remeber correctly, not only do they go off when a tire is low, it is designed to throw the warning when the presure is too high as well. If you start at 35PSI cold (a handy trick to increase milage - and a good idea if you're loaded down) it is possible that when the tire warms up...

Is there a difference in the fog lights used in 05, as compared to later 06-07 Liberty? Has anyone ever used the KOOL-VUE OEM replacement fog lights from USAutoParts? I have an 06 Limited with the factory fog/driving lights in the grill. I beleive the MFG date is in FEB if I remeber...

The screach is definitely a sign of a problem. It's typically caused by the belt slipping, and a slipping belt will effect the cold air output of the A/C. The problem may be as simple as a worn or loose belt (simple). It may also be the tensioner spring is getting weak or the noise is...

IIRC, someone had posted that you could also remove the tire mount, rotate it 180 degrees, and re-mount it to the tailgate - whithout re-drilling anything. This was good for about 1"-2" of additional tire-to-glass clearance. BTW, my 245-75-16 MTR's clear just fine. I beleive the difference...

2X Plus the 16" rim is a little easier to find tires for a lower price.

I've had over 9 fail. All rear windows, and mainly (7) the driver's side. Finally, I bought and installed the Stieger Performance kits for both rear windows. No problems since If you ever see how flimsy the peice of plastic is that holds everything up, you'll wonder how you even got it...
