I have read that some kj's have been know to have problems with valve springs breaking. Which in turn could lead to sucking a valve into the cylinder! Runs fine to the store one min. Runs like crap the next. Unexpectedly. Not saying this is the case, just something else to think about.
Like you, if it comes back then YES it will be replaced. Just need to get it to pass smog. If it doesn't pass..Well i guess it will be replaced sooner that that.
Yeah checked all lines. Unplugged solenoid and plugged back in. Traced lines to tank and unplugged That little do hickey on the front side of tank. (in the center of tank) There was lots of dry mud/dirt in plug housing. Cleaned and plugged back in. All lines seemed to be good. Checked codes. No...
Sorry for digging up posts from the grave. But there is no update on this. Reason asking is i have the same code now and really don't want to take to a shop unless i really have to. Emissions test coming up and need this fixed ASAP.

Just as the title says. As the trans shifts through the gears, each one is shifting in to them really hard. Kinda gives a jolt. Doesn't matter how fast i'm driving or if the engine is hot or cold. Fluid levels look ok to me. Clean as well. Where should i start other than a shop? Thanks in advance.
The reason for moving the sender to the wheel well is the size of the sender. The electric senders are HUGE and really didn't like the idea of something that big hanging off the block.

OK so after gathering info and how-to ideas from you. It's time i give back a little.:D

Would the oil filter have anything to do with the pressure? I used a Purolator oil filter. When i changed the oil i used Castol edge 5w 30. I have read that it could be a crappy filter and cause it to be hi. I also noticed today while driving it in the WARM UP phase. I come really close to 100...
Yeah i guess if it was to hi i would have problems keeping an oil filter on it. I did buy Auto Meter gauges for a reason. The gauge i have is an electric gauge. Your absolutely right... It could be the gauge... Will check this out for sure! Should i i do a write up on this for those that would...
