2007 Liberty Full Custom Audio Install Log
I was able to knock out the begining of the box/amp rack today. Its sitting at a buddy's house right now where we sprayed the face and top of it today. 2006 Liberty Stereo Options Newbie Questions
I agree with you but sometimes its a lot more cost effective to replace the unit. If you want to keep the factory unit, I would recommend a JBL MS-8 unit. It will improve the performance of your entire stereo without swapping the deck or speakers. You have any pics of your stereo install?- neverenuffbass

03 jeep liberty speaker upgrade
I upgrade factory sound all the time by adding an amp & sub. 90% of the time they are back soon after for a speaker upgrade. I think you'd be much happier changing both- neverenuffbass

Looking for factory radio specs
Most speakers in Chyrsler's Infinity systems are 2ohm speakers. Not sure about power output of the amps, but they are attached to the speakers in the liberty.- neverenuffbass

03 jeep liberty speaker upgrade
I believe mounting depth on the front doors is 2.5" on Libertys and 3" in the rear. You can always make spacer rings if the speakers you want are too deep. Here are 1/2" adapters I made- neverenuffbass
