Go to the Jeep website , open tab-For Owners , look for box- About my vehicle , Recalls , add your vin # ,enter and the site will tell you if there are any outstanding recall items that need to be taken care of . 2005 Liberty's had 2 items , lower ball joints and a transmission gear shift recall .

After living with the Gibson exhaust system for several months it really was louder than I wanted . Finally changed the Gibson muffler with a Magnaflow , much quiter but still has a good tone to it .

I installed the poweraid spacer on my 05-3.7 several weeks ago . My wife and I both noticed better throttle response off of idle , but it's made no difference in gas mileage . This was after new spark plugs , a K&N replacement filter and the addition of a Gibson cat back exhaust .

Got the suggestion on Miata net , I do it to my Miatas and even my Harley (doesn't get all of the oil but greatly reduces clean-up ), and it worked well for the Liberty .
