I have the complete factory service manuals(4 books) for a 2007 Liberty. No longer have, but have a 2012. Will sell for $100 plus shipping.

I use a 50/50 mixture of mineral spirits and linseed oil. I mix 2 oz. of each and put on with a clean rag. Wipe off access with another rag. I read about this online and it works great. It will last about 6 months. Takes about 15 minutes and is very inexpensive.

T Clamps You could have resolved all these issues if you had used the T clamps for chain link fencing from Lowes for a $1.29 each. Used them on mine and no problems at all. You couldn't move my bars with a 20# mall.

I have only had my 2007 Liberty since the spring and I also have really sensitive steering. Mine is all original. Its very responsive to a small jerk, other than that, all seems OK with the steering. I would like to know if this is normal for a 2007 Jeep Liberty Sport?
