Hmm, that sounds reasonable (unfortunately the shop already fixed it for her so I can't have her check). They told her it was coming back on after a few minutes (not staying on - but who knows). I think there is a good chance it al was BS, but it's her money....:rolleyes:

There is a really nice thread in the "how to" section on Evic installation. I installed one about a month ago and it wasn't too bad (my jeep wasn't wired for it either). I would get one off ebay rather than the dealer though......
