    Bilsteins for Front

Thanks for the reply LibertyTC. I had a bad feeling that I probably should and probably will to be on the safe side. Cheaper than a new Jeep I guess haha

Thanks! Ordering them online and having an offroad shop here in town install them.

    Bilsteins for Front

It's come time to replace the Rancho RS5000s on my Jeep that are beyond shot. I've always had a bit of a brand preference towards Bilstein and would love to use those if possible. However, it's been awhile since I've done work with the KJ and quite a bit has changed. I came across these...

07 liberty airbag light ( smart guys needed)

I'm also curious as to what could be causing this. I've had this on my 2002 intermittently for 6 months.

    Woah, did not know that

Yep. Mine was built in October 2001.

    Vehicle shift!! HELP!!

Are you running it in 2wd or 4wd? And have you had a differential service anytime in the recent past? Much like why cruise control isn't recommended in heavy rain, it sounds to me like possibly a tire is slightly losing traction, the cruise control feels that the vehicle is slowing, and adds power.

I want to spend more money..

Roof basket. The only thing hood vents belong on is a 1940's Buick.

    Yet Another Air Conditioning Question

I discovered the actual culprit. The piece of plastic trim under the dash had come loose and a receipt with the date that it stopped working had gotten in there and must have been interfering with it somehow. Just a heads up to people to take a look before paying the $800 Jeep dealerships claim...

    Powerslot/Ceramic Pads with Rear Drums?

Thanks guys. That looks like a good setup Blake and tjkj. I might look into that and see what it would run me for the front.

    Powerslot/Ceramic Pads with Rear Drums?

I've been looking through some of the older articles on here about the Powerslot brakes. I think most people on here have discs all the way around. How would ceramic pads/Powerslot rotors work with drums on the back? Would the brake bias be completely off? I keep having issues with the brakes...

    best way to dry off?

I prefer the clean 100% cotton towel method. I hate how microfibers feel like they are moving the water around.

    2002 Jeep Liberty

Mine is at 140k right now. Very strict on service schedule. So far, we've replaced radiator, inner tie rods, window regulator, oil sensor and seatbelt latch. It currently has a mysterious random "check airbag light" and decided to break a blend door in the dash. It's served well up until this...

What protection lasts long on Tires?

I couldn't find a decent pic of it on my own KJ, but here's where I used it on my friend's SRT8. I'll never go back to the other stuff. I have also used it on two collector vehicles which were auctioned, because of the low shine. It does last for quite some time (about 2-3 weeks in dry weather).
