    Suspension Overhaul

Replaced the passenger side lower ball joint, and the popping I was having went from happening every time I turn the wheel all the way to the left at low speed, to happening about a quarter of the time. It's not the sway bar end links, as I removed it all together and still had this issue. Tie...

    Front Sway Bar End Links

I've got a clunking in my suspension after new tires alignment, and am trying to find out if it's the end links or ball joints. Happens at low speeds when turning the wheels to the left all the way, like when pulling into or coming out of a parking spot. Seems to be coming from the front right...

    Suspension Overhaul

So back to the question about the clunk at low speeds...is it likely the ball joint or is there another likely culprit? This only started happening after the new tires and alignment, and only at low speeds while turning to the left (all the way)

$2000-2500 on gears/lockers, but < $200 on "lift." Even I know better than that...

    Suspension Overhaul

I'm still considering the idea of doing OME/Ironman, but don't know if I want to spend that cash. May not even do the shocks/springs. I'm looking at $210 shipped for inner/outer tie rods for both sides, and lower ball joints for both sides. That's all work I can do (except the needed...

    Suspension Overhaul

And that's what I heard about the Ranchos generally...was just an idea. Sent from 92fox's Note 3

    Suspension Overhaul

OK, but that's not including the needed ball joints and inner/outer tie rod ends. I'm not doing just springs/shocks. She needs more than that. Sent from 92fox's Note 3

    Suspension Overhaul

Recently got new tires on my 07 Sport with 155k on it, 235/70/16 Firestone Destination AT. Also had the alignment done at the same time, and was told by the technician that the tie rods were seized so they couldn't adjust the toe all the way. Also since then, I have a popping when I turn the...

Tires - not finding what I am looking for...

My Liberty came with Dextero DH2 (WalMart tire). They were brand new, and honestly were very good tires. They have 30k miles, including some very very rough off-road miles. I have completely neglected these tires, haven't balanced or rotated them once. They are great in the rain, handle...

    Good Gas Mileage!

Should just run to the gym if it's that close...good warm up and saves money on gas. But don't listen to me, I'm a hypocrite that drives the 2 miles to work every morning for PT lol

    Odering my lift...finally

Once again, funds fell through...i.e. me and the boss decided not to put this on credit and wait till we have the money (the smarter but more boring choice). At least now I have a solid parts list and something to look forward to.

    Good Gas Mileage!

I've gotten 21-22 on a long trip in the winter. Lately been struggling to get 20 on the trip to my fish in spots (used to easily get 21). Back and forth to work I get 14 or so on a good day, but I have a two mile drive from home to work (make it 3 times a day), so I'm sucking during the week.

    Odering my lift...finally

TheBlueKJ - Thanks for the info on that tlrtucker - True story, just don't like to abuse it I guess. Also, from what I'm gathering, the hardest part of the install is getting the front struts assembled. Is there anything else I should look for?
