Hi,
I have a 2005 2.8 CRD Liberty/Cherokee A/T sport.
Washed the engine and water got into ECU. Burned and was not repairable. Had it cloned(exact copy of software) and replaced the unit.
Car now has the following issues
1. Diesel incectors plugged in, when turning ignition it makes 3 short clicks. No crank and no start. Also do not get any error codes, used cheap obd reader and shop one but get no codes.
2. Unplug injectors, crank but no start. Get U0002 and P0513 code. Immobilizer light on cluster is on. (with injectors in and out)
I have stripped the car to pieces and have not found any visable shorts, but the white/orange wire, all over the wiring loom, does have continuity to ground.
Any suggestions?
