I got this adjustable track bar from Iron Rock Off Road, thought I would throw some photos of it here. Shipped the same week, shipping was like 30 dollars for the cheapest option. Kind of spendy item, feels heavy duty though. Weighs probably twice as much as the stock one. Not sure if that is either here or there...
I put it in but I honestly have no idea how to adjust it so taking it in to a shop for an alignment.

Hmmmm. I know when I lifted my F350 Dually a few inches, I had to use an adjustable track bar to get the axle/wheels back inline. When I lifted the dually, the axle shifted to the left causing the wheel on drivers' side to stick out like by an inch or so, and right tire had shifted inboard by the same amount...if that makes sense. Drove straight and fine like that, but I had the shop adjust the trackbar to pull axle back into place.

When I lifted the KJ with Emu setup, wheels/axle appear to be centered. Had aligned, no issues. Maybe two types of axle/suspension setups, I can't go look at the moment.

I think the KJ rear-end is a little bit different. Like it has an a-arm in the rear, possibly? And the anti-sway bar apparently does nothing? That's just what I have read, idk.
On the KK, it is like a 5-link setup with top and bottom control arms, sway bar, and track bar contributing to axle positioning. Again, just what I have read. I am no expert.

With the track bar off, on level ground move the body back and forth some and let it settle in
Measure on both sides from one point to another that is the same way both sides
Then install new track bar, adjust to those measurements
Not much to it really, just take a little bit of time to make sure you're equal
Lifting a KK is a lot harder than a KJ

The IRO track bar looks beefy and good quality. I have a JBA one, which is awesome also, but unfortunately they stopped making lift components.
