Well, I am just about done with my OME Lift. Just waiting on a few parts here and there.. Tommudd I have been looking for new wheels, and from all the threads I have searched.. for the OEM 2.5 lift, the Wheels should be 5x4.5 in regards to bolt patern, and with 16x8 inch wheel, with 5" of backspace / offset. This will work with 265-70-16 tire size correct, and the 2.5 lift with the pinch weld pounded down? Just want to make sure I dont screw this up! LoL, I can work on cars, rebuild cars, but this is my first venture into actually changing a car/truck/jeep out of OEM! lol

*Update* Upon looking I can find tons of 16x8 with 4.5" backspacing and tons of 16x7 with 5" If I wanted to go with the 16x8 could I use a 1/2 spacer to make up the difference? What would be the issue if i were to do that?

265-70-16s work great on an 8 inch wide wheel
4.5 inch backspacing will sit the wheel out farther out than 5 inch would so you would NOT want to use a spacer
You may have to run more bumpstop in the rear
with the 03 with 16X8, 5 inches of backspacing and 265-70-16s I can stuff the tire up in the back, that 1/2 inch though will rub tire on the flare ( of course some tires are more narrow than others

Thanks for the reply, Glad I asked, because the whole backspacing thing is confusing as heck.. lol I did find these, and I was wondering if these would be good, they are reproductions. https://www.quadratec.com/p/quadratec/moab-wheel-wrangler-yj-tj/gray

Have one of those in silver , never used took it on trade 5-6 years ago ! LOL

The repops are cast ( like most other wheels are ) real Moabs are forged so much stronger , but those would work good , good price as well I remember when they were a lot more pricey
