New to this forum, but not forums in general. I used to be a boater, and those forums get a lot of traffic.

New to me 03 Limited. Body a bit rusty from Chicagoland winter's, but she runs like a top.

New hood and glass struts ordered, new lug nuts ordered, Haynes repair manual ordered.

I don't do much repair any more, but don't mind tinkering.

Fluid changes soon, then some cosmetic stuff to do. Rear rockers are rotted from running boards and no mud flaps, but will just arrest the rot with primer and paint.

When it gets a bit warmer here, I'll start with the beautification. It's just a stock daily driver, but deserves some love.

Nice resource.

No garage, so only doing light work. Haynes points me in the right direction. I've had them for my last 4 cars.

Will be scheduling fluids and a basic once over with a local garage next week.

Recommend getting your build sheet re the corporate 8.25 rear end.
Some came with Trac Loc rear diff clutch based locker, and it does then require a 4 ounce bottle of Mopar Limited slip Friction modifier.
Build sheet Here: https://www.jeepkj.com/threads/build-sheet.64657/
Do you have the owners manual? Always refer to it regarding necessary fluid & gear lube requirements. NGK Spark plugs are listed on the under hood sticker.
The rear diff should be serviced with DINO gear lube every 30 k miles.
Jeep's are particular and be aware of what it required before hand, so mechanics don't use the wrong stuff.

Don't be afraid to ask questions, we can help.
