I'm installing an enormous amount of KJ hardware into a Jeep TJ with my students in a highschool auto shop class including the entire diesel drivetrain, ABS brake system, steering column etc... One problem we are currently faced with is that we don't know (because we didn't take photos) the pipe routing out of the ABS Control module. The ABS module on a 2005 Liberty is a 3-channel system....that is a left front, right front and rear tandem ABS system.....Can anybody tell me which brake lines go where.....coming out of the ABS Control Module.....must be no later than 2005 because they went to a 4 channel system in 2006.

I have access to Alldata but can't find info that I need anywhere. Even have a friend that works at a chrysler dealership and even he can't find it.

Thanks!
Mike

Mike Welcome to the forum.
The factory service manuals and diesel info may help you & the students in the right direction.
Hope this may help.

A buddy of mine works at the dealership and he couldn't find the info we need....i looked through the PDF and also couldnt find it....

Hoping that somebody with a 3 channel and could have a look and let us know. Trying to figure out the hydraulic brake line outputs on the ABS module....Left front...right front and rear brake lines....where do they screw into the ABS module...

Thanks
Mike

I only had a few minutes to look so I hope this helps. There's 3 ports in top, the one offset appears to go to the rear, while the other two go to the MC front and back. The ports on the side look to be the front, I couldn't tell in my quick inspection which is right or left.

A thousand thank you's for looking into that for us! If you can have another look to see if you can figure out which one is right front and left front...

Again, thanks so much!

First off, very sorry I didn't get back sooner. To be honest I had a couple of busy days then I forgot about it. Checked it out today and the ports on the side are as follows. Rear goes to the left or driver side and front to the right or passenger. Again, my apologies. Hope this helps.

3 ports on top
Offset=rear
Other two=master cylinder

2 ports on side
Rear = left or driver
Front=right or passenger
