02 limited transmission problem

hi all new hear.iv got a 02 limited with a 45rfe . The problem is when we put it in drive and try to move it struggles! if i start in 1st and shift manually it seams fine.so im guessing its not down shifting and stating in od ? also when i press od off button on light ,were should i start looking

agreed with above. pull the pan and see what you find in there first

fluid is full not burnt,no history on it got jeep with blown engine and replaced it , i did have to replace the ecm ,i had it flashed . im at a loss hear
