Where to buy auto parts for my foreign vehicle

I currently reside in Sicily where I bought a 2003 Jeep Cherokee (Liberty for American manufactured vehicles)Limited 4x4 CRD. I have ordered from RockAuto.com on several occasions for parts for this vehicle and on two separate occasions the parts were not compatible (headlights and driver side window regulator). Does anyone know where I can order car parts online for this specific vehicle to ensure I am purchasing the correct parts moving forward?

Is your KJ an Auto or Manual?
Is it 2.5 L fixed turbo or 2.8 L variable vane turbo?

Download the 2003 KJ Parts Fiche here....read the codes carefully for the difference between USA models and Export models. Download the 2003 Jeep KJ Service Manual at the same time if you do not already have it.

You can try contact VM Motori in Italy or try UK Spares suppliers as other than their Jeeps being RHD their early Export CRDs will be pretty much the same as your Jeep.

Thank you for your reply. My KJ is an automatic. Based off the VIN number these are the specs.

G = 2268-2721 kg (5001-6000 lbs)
L = Liberty/Cherokee 4x4 Left Hand Drive
5 = P Series - Liberty/Cherokee Limited
8 = KJ - 74
5 = 2.8L I4 Cyl. 16V Turbo Diesel (ENR)
3 = 2003

Did You consider to look at junkyards? You can get what You need i prety good shape.

I don't know shops in Italy, but in Croatia most of Jeep owners buy at Europarts store in Zagreb:
