So i bought a new set of end links on my 05 renegade. It was fine until 25 miles or so. Then it started to squeak. I changed out the bar bushings as well. Im pretty sure its the endlinks that are squeaking. Specifically... what squeaks???

I'm pretty sure those Moog bushings shouldn't be lubed. If the stabilizer bar is moving inside those bushings due to the lube, that could be causing the squeaking.

you can use a lube that wont damage the bushing. I dont know what Moog recommends for that. (Vegetable not mineral oil)

is there more than 1 size bushing? maybe you have the wrong size?
some bushings have a size number on the outside of the bushing.

did the old bushing squeak too? maybe the Bar is worn out?

Did you torque it to the proper specs? The Moog bushings work perfectly for me, no noise whatsoever.

Silicone spray. A jeeps Bushings best friend. Did you torque the bolts for the bushing while it was off the ground or with full weight on suspension. To set the preload correctly on any suspension bushing bolt. The bushing should have the full weight of the vehicle on them before being torqued down.

are you sure there is only one size bar & bushing?

measure the bar, maybe someone here knows the correct size. you might just need to buy the right size bushings.
