Need help lighting

have a 2002 Jeep Liberty just bought oracle halo smd led headlights but the bulb inside doesn't look good and I wanna know what kind of bulb to get like hid or like led I have no clue I'm looking for a bright white light in the middle and the LED halos are very bright so should I buy xenon bulbs or hid oracle bulbs I'm confused someone help thanks

If you just bought the kit I would return it if the bulbs don't look good
Now something else to consider unless you change out the whole headlight housing for something that works with HID etc then its going to scatter light more than Grandpa throwing corn up in a Tornado.
