We recently purchased an 07 Liberty, and love it. The only issue I have is someone along the way has disconnected the rear seat side seat belts from the anchors and attached them to the LATCH hooks in the seat. That does not work. They come loose and cause all kinds of safety issues. I thought I'd finally figured out where they bolt to the frame, but my husband says I'm wrong. So, I need help in where the anchor is located. I noticed two bolts at the side of the rear seat on both sides. I say it's one of those two bolts. It makes sense in my mind, but I guess not in his.

The rear seat (outside) floor bracket has two holes. It is bolted through the rear hole to the frame. The front hole sits over bolt that the seat belt anchor attaches to.

Mine is 2 yrs older though .. something may have changed.

Hope that helps .. and Welcome :D

Thanks Luke! That was where I had said it was supposed to be. Now to get those seat belts anchored back down so we can all enjoy a safe ride in our Jeep!
