During slow driving, or take off, it feels like I am towing something, or feels like I got a heavy load in the cargo. I only have probably like add'l 20-30 lbs of goods in the cargo area, that's about all.
When I am going from 5mph to accelerate, it feels like rpm is going higher than it is supposed to, as if there is no torque. Spark plugs, fuel, injection svc was recently done at 60k, new battery, synthetic oil change, etc.. all in place. Tires are around 30-32psi. What could be causing this "feeling". In normal circumstances like on highway, passing, etc. it takes off fine, but it doesn't feel as "touchy" as it was on the gas pedal like before.

Check your trouble codes ( instructions around here someplace.) Mileage recently drop off? Unburnt fuel in tail pipe? Any of these would be signs of a issue.

I used to get throttle position sensor error but it cleared up (and I could tell when it was acting up, jerky rpm, feeling like stalling, weird shifting... That's over now).
I still have the purge solenoid error, but I don't think it would cause this.

I was wondering if I should try that famous seafoam to see if it would help.

It's probably because you're carrying a weight on your shoulders, hyedpin. Unburden yourself. Tell us your problems.

E Brake stuck on? Calipers seized up? Those would be the first things to look at.

Yeah, I was thinking stuck caliper.

Check to see if any of the rear wheels are really hot after driving it. Just be careful, if one is stuck it'll be really hot. May be able to smell it too.

Check the fronts also...

Don't get me started. (Alcy)

The CEL is gone, TPS error has not come back for over 2 months now. The only code remaining is still the purge solenoid.

When you say the wheels, do you mean the rims themselves or should I stick my hand in from behind the rim? *Wow, this sounded dirty! 8-[ You know our rims, these are the plastic overlay aluminum clad wheels.

Yeah, just touch the face of the rim with the back of your hand. ;)

If its hot you should be able to feel it by putting your hand on the rim or just over the holes in the rim. If its locked up and you stick your hand back in there you will burn yourself on the rotor.

What was it? Find the issue yet? First thing I thought was a stuck rear caliper, right side. Don't ask me how I know. Oh, Ok, I'll tell you. Rightside because it the side that's always in the bad side of the road, slush, potholes etc. Stuck caliper I said because I had the same symptoms. I think there was a recent post of a cross shaped rear brake part that is supposed to pivot in the middle like a pair of scissors, I think that is the cause, maybe not a caliper per se. Rust is the scoundrel.

I have the same trouble but up front and they were stuck for sure. As soon as i touch the brakes i can feel the front ones squeeze wayyyyyyyyy before the back end ones ...
1st trip to the garage including the oil changes since 9 months i've had it. I live 7 mins of my job store so ... Have to give him some time alone just me and him on the weekends playing in the field to keep the battery charged. Figured the water and stuff made calipers get stuck but you know, when you have a jeep, its because you simply like to get dirty !! :p
