Has anyone heard of these tires? I went into Les Schwab today to get some quotes and they were really trying to sell me on these tires. They said they are brand new, so new they are only offering a 40K warranty because they really don't know what the tread life on them will be. I can't find ANYTHING on them online. The only thing I can find is that OHTSU is the parent company of some various tire companies, one of which is FALKEN. Anyone have any ideas? The tread actually looks pretty good. It's a very similar tread to the TOYO Open Countries and the TBC Wild Countries that Les Schwab sells. They only want $615.69 installed for a set of 4 245/70/16s. It's tempting. That's a good price compared to 861.15 for Toyos.

Over all Ive paid no more than $500 for any set of tires Ive ever bought. Both the yoko's and grabbers.

Never heard of a OHTSU tire before.

I havn't heard of that brand of tires but the prices you were quoted seem a little high.
