I am going to replace the pads and rotors on the liberty. The pads have been replaced whenever low, the rotors have not been replaced/machined (need to check my records) to my knowledge.
From what I am reading, Napa, or Advanced, etc. has all four rotors and pads for about 200 bucks, for that price I will just replace and not worry about measuring rotor thickness or tolerances. 95k miles on the thing, they could all stand to be replaced IMO.
Any specific brand I should look for with this thing, anything less squeely, better for the beast? Aftermarket is OK, I am assuming?
Reason I am asking, my other vehicle is very very picky on what pads are on it, likewise, if you switch rotors, the pads only like certain rotors. I would like to grab the general consensus here before picking up aftermarket napa parts since I havent done this on the liberty before.
Thanks!
