Wiper Fluid Problem

Anyone know how to drain the wiper fluid tank?
The old stuff has gotten contaminated, looks like dirty dish water.

Pull the pump out...it is plugged into the bottom of the tank with a large rubber grommet.

You may need to remove the front wheel to get better access from inside the wheel arch behind the rubber mud covering.
