I've installed one of those auto-dimming mirrors with temp/compass.
I tied the temperature sensor with the factory one within the grille (meant for the EVIC--thinking it was the perfect place for it). The average temperature here is around 73-80 degrees (F), but the readout always goes somewhere around 100-104 degrees.
Can anyone recommend an alternate location for a temperature sensor (somewhere out of sight, able to cable tie to; no drilling or gluing)?
