Ok, suggestions, please. I've got ~$2k tagged for the KJ.

So far, I'm thinking...

~$550 for a Rusty's 2.5" suspension lift
~$500 for tires (probably 245/75-16's or 265/75-16's)

What would you do in addition to those?

Right now, I'm bone stock. Would like to do something to make this thing a little more capable offroad. The lift and tires will help alot.

I've also been thinking about putting on these...

and some rock rails. If I do, I'll most likely have them all custom fab'd out here instead of shipping them in.

Any suggestions?

I suggest telling us who makes those bumpers. (biggthumpup)

other than that, Skid plates, Jeepin' Al's upper arms for the lift.

You can do alot with $2k. Lift, tires, rocker rails, skids, tow hooks, rear hitch.. Thats really all you need for offroad. O:)

A locker or LS is nice also. \:D/

Lift - check
Tires - check
Rocker rails - maybe, probably
Skids - check (stock)
Tow hooks - maybe, probably (on the bumpers that I'm considering)
Rear hitch - check (stock)

=P~

Are they better than Rusty's? Also, anyone know how much Rusty wants for his? There's no price on the site.

Assuming they're the same price, which is better... Rusty's or Al's? If Rusty's are cheaper, then are Al's worth the extra $?

Nevermind, I found the info on Rusty's.

They're gonna cost $350. They're still not available yet, though. Hopefully not much longer they say.
