Okay I just installed the Mopar Fog Light kit and someone on the Forum here had said to put the violet wire on to the black/yellow wire on the turn signal in order to have fog lights while your highs were on. The problem is on my Turn signal it has a black, white, Red plug there isn't a black/yellow. The fog lights won't turn on at all and here is where I have it grounded

underneath that screw and under the plastic directly on the metal.. is that a good place to ground?? Also the reason I couldn't do as the mopar instructions said was because I can't pull the wire out any farther in order to slice into it... Any suggestions??!!

Looking at the FSM for the '05 it shows black, white/dark green, and pink/red. Black is ground, white/green is power for the turn signal and pink/red is power for the park lamp - that should be the one you want to tap into.

If your fogs are not coming on then evidently thats not a good place to ground. Do you have a volt meter? Check to see if your getting volts at the lights. Touch the neg on the volt meter to the frame and see if you get 12 volts to the + wire at the fogs.

Okay update update update.. Just went back outside put the fog lights power directly to the wire it is supposed to go to took off header bracket and got the wire stripped and fixed.. As far as the Ground I Grounded Directly to the Battery there's not a better ground now however this being said the Relay there was already one in the dash and I don't know if the Relay is the problem I mean could it be the problem not allowing Voltage to the Lights?? (I didn't replace the relay as of yet but I am about to because there was one already in the slot where the Fog Lights Relay was supposed to go, that being said should I replace the Relay with the one I got from Mopar??

Changed the relay nothing still.. So A: Either a bad wiring harness to the fog lights hey it's mopar it's happened before or B: Not getting good contact on ground or power..

Checklist:
Definitely Not the Bulbs checked with two sets
Definitely Not the Relay Changed Twice
Definitely Not the Fuse Changed It Twice

Question though you said the Black Wire was to the ground on the Parking light, in Theory could I use the Black wire as my Ground and the Red wire as my Hot?

You probably could. Here is where I have my fogs and Hellas grounded (yellow circle):

I'ts a better ground than the one you show. I used ring lugs on the ends of the ground wires and just ran the bolt thru them and tightened it down.

I'll try to think this over while I'm at work tonight, going to bed now.

A multimeter is your best friend when troubleshooting electronics. We can guess what it is, but a multimeter will be able to show you exactly what it is.
You can find out if it is the relay by checking to see if you have proper connections where the relay plugs into. Using your multimeter you can check the ground (86), and your two positive power inputs (constant (30) and your switch (85)). Alternately, you can listen very closely to hear a tiny click from the relay when you turn the switch on (you may also be able to feel it). If you hear/feel it, the relay is fine.

I am not familiar with the wiring diagram for the libby so without looking at one, I am of no further help to you :)

Here is a link to show a real world example and an internal diagram of a relay to help you understand a little better link

Okay 1st on a 2005 here's the correct colors for the wires behind the Turn Signal

BLACK - GROUND
WHITE - PARKING LAMP/SIDE MARKER 12V
RED- TURN SIGNAL 12V

It was hilarious to see my Fog Lights when I hooked up to the Red, When I turned on the signal they started blinking... I was like OMG I have found a new toy! :D But anyways thanks for the help I did get it fixed. I realized two things, Battery has a ground issue which I will fix soon, and that I didn't even need to change out my Multifunction Switch behind the steering wheel. But yeah thanks for the help guys I found the ground with a test light I think it's called.

Also another note: Chrysler is stupid because the instructions clearly said T20 Screwdriver, NOT once did I use a T20 it's a T15 I think someone at Chrysler was drunk that day they published the instructions and also don't follow the wiring instructions just use the Black for Ground behind the turn signal and White for power behind the turn signal, and you may or may not need the Relay and Fuse as mine already had both Weird huh? Well that's all I can think of at this future point.
