Urgent advise needed !!!

Hi Everyone

I have a liberty KJ 03 model with a powertech engine 3.7 and the 42 RLE ******

Recently I noticed that if i take my foot off the throttle the car does some kind of a zig zag motion but i can control it by the steering wheel itsnt any wobbling just as if its skidding or about to drift.

I changed all my bearings and joints it doesnt seem to fix it, any ideas what that might be?!!

Does it do any wiggle when getting on the throttle as well? If so check the rear lower control arm bushings. Also check the rear upper control arm bushings as well while you are in there.

Have someone drive the Liberty as you follow in another car and see if the Jeep is tracking "dog legged"as you drive down the hi way. Usually caused by worn rear control arm bushings on passenger side of vehicles with solid rear axles, such as Liberty's have. Dog Legging? Rear End Off Center? - Dodge Ram, Ramcharger, Cummins, Jeep, Durango, Power Wagon, Trailduster, all Mopar Truck & SUV Owners. Dodgeram

Look at the steering rack mounts as well. They like to break at the welds.
When mine broke it was kind of similar to what you are describing.
