Upgrade from ‘02 to ‘12

Love my 2002 (180k) and plan to keep it in the family, but I’ll be looking at a 2012 with 130k on it tomorrow. Anything I should be on the lookout for?

Sounds good! I love my 08 KK and just passed 200,000 miles.

Biggest potential issue is the sky slider roof breaking, and it cannot be easily or cheaply fixed or replaced. Get one with a conventional roof and you will be good.

It's also good to know the history & maintenance, with a good inspection for any rust issues.

Only rust is on the rear hatch lower right corner. Standard sunroof not the big sky one. Running boards also which appear to have kept the rockers clean. I’m buying it so I’m hoping I made a good choice! Thanks for the tips.
