Turn signal light

hi all, anybody knows why the front turn signal bulb is a two filaments bulb 27w/7w but use only the 27w filament, can i add a position to the second 7w filament?

From the wiring diagram, the second filament is not used in "Export" versions

In US versions, it is used only on the right hand front lamp. I have a heck of a time understanding the wiring diagrams, but I think it must be to add additional illumination for right hand turns. I'll have to see if anything happens next time I make a night time right hand turn.

The 7w filament is for running lights and the 27w filament is for turn signals. This for the 05 US version.
