Hey guys,

I am in the process of replacing the cooling lines on my 2005 Jeep Liberty. I managed to remove the old line, snake the new one through and connect three of the ends. The two ends at the radiator fit in perfect as well as the lower end under the transmission. However the flange doesn't seem to fit into the higher and further to reach fitting. I've tried adjusting the angles, cleaning the fitting and line as well as prying it in with A LOT of force. It just won't pop...the other three ends popped in with almost no resistance.

I am at a loss, any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Sincerely,
Tyler
