Touching up the paint work

I recently noticed that I have a couple of chips on the bonnet and a scratch on the door. I am getting a small amount of paint mixed but what is the best way to touch it up, these re minor chips nothing large

One way to help prevent paint chips is with 3M clear bra. Several people on a Crossfire forum swear by them. You can also get the plastic film to cover the head lights to protect them from getting damaged.
