Just out of interest as I now have an auto, anyone know if the later JK 2.8 CRD torque converter fits the old KJ 2.8? Looks like the same gearbox and a development of the same engine.... upgraded torque converters are unavailable here as far as I can see and importing from the US will cost more than the car cost! The JK is quite common here so it might be the answer!
