Timing and cam alignment

Having a problem with my timing idk where to go, I have the crank stopped dead center and both v6 markings on the cam at the same point. I turn engine on and it backfires, idk how far we are off. Any help? Anything on where which valves should be hitting at which time. Just anything would help step by step other than the article I should do. Thanks. If someone has a picture of how both cams should line up that would be perfect also cylinder 5s exaughst rocker arm wont stay on any advice there?

Should fill out profile. I'm guessing and 02 from your name but we don't know for sure. Get an FSM if you can too. Directions are pretty good. #5 exh rocker falling probably means the lash adjuster is bad (best case scenario).

Need more info. When you say the crank is stopped dead center, you mean on the timing mark on the timing cover? Here's the cam and crank diagrams:
