The short story as far as our 3.7 is concerned. Not worth the money. Not saying it would hurt performance or mpg. Rather any gains would be really really really tiny.
Now if ya wanted to move the power band around a little. One could shorten the runners a tad, pick up a little more on the top. Sacrifice the bottom.
