I put a collar over what I believe to be the weak pinion part where the crack starts. I have some pictures and a right up, that I will post but my website is down.

I've been pretty tame & really haven't done much to the Liberty compared to my previous car (Passat). I spent a small fortune on that VW.

Although, I really haven't done much to the Libby, I still feel wierd about tallying up hom much $ I've spent on her. In any case, here's a list of the few mods I've done.

Current Mods
- AEM Brute Force Intake (I'm selling a Volant and K&N Filter Charger intake for sale; please visit the classifieds :))
- plus K&N breather valves
- Magnaflow full cat-back exhaust

- Renegade Wheels
- Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo's
- Custom tinted tail (www.tintedtails.com)
- Custom tinted headlights (www.tintedtails.com)
- Custom tinted foglights (www.tintedtails.com)
- Custom Color-matched (cactus green) tail-light guards
- Fully debadged (no letters at all baby)
- Madico 20% semi-metallic black tint for the front windows
- Custom color-matched (cactus green) radio/climate-control, and shifter bezel (www.tintedtails.com)
- Surco roof-rack with auxiliary flood lights

- Catz-HID lighting (high-intensity-discharge) WITH high/low beam operation!!! (real HID - not just lightbulb replacement) YEAH BABY
- Alpine 9853 Headunit with...
- XM
- Ipod interface w/stralth install (one of the best mods I've done to the Jeep)
- Sony MV-900SDS - Overhead DVD Dream System II - 9" drop down with DVD-player, memory card reader, wireless headphones, etc.
- Custom game-port with AC power
- Alpine 4-channel amp for door speakers (Pioneer/Alpine)
- MTX 12" sub in enclosure
- JL Audio Monoblock amp for sub
- 791XV Viper ALARM SYSTEM w/ 2-WAY Remote Start
- Maglite custom mounted (hahaha)

Mods I HAD, but are now removed
- Volant Intake (for sale - along with a K&N intake system)
- JET Chip - removed because I think I actually LOST hp (despite a slightly more aggressive low end)
- Pioneer 7" LCD DVD player Headunit - with complimenting drop down 7" TV, 12-disc changer, XM, & PS2 (selling all this stuff - see classifieds)
- Nitrous cheater bottle

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head...
