Swapping Gears

I was wondering if anybody has changed there rear gears out to give more torque. I just lifted and changed my tires to 15x10.5x31 and have 2 air lockers to put in. I would like to get more pull for off road and don't know what gears to put in.

You know you will have to change both front and rear right?

The best you will be able to do is 4:10 but I would imagine that 3:73 would work for 31's fairly well. You probably already have 3:73's though unless you have the 6 Speed.

Yeah I do have the six speed, I did not know you had to change the front and rear gears.

Yes you will need to change both front and rear if your going to swap gear ratios. Otherwise you will be turning the front and rear at two different speeds which will bust stuff up if it even moves.
