Subwoofer

hey fellas,

I'm about to buy a factory subwoofer ........ the one that goes underneath the driver's seat. has anyone installed it?

Does anyone know if it comes with the bracket under the seat "and" the subwoofer ........... or, do I have to buy them seperate. The picture looks as if the kit comes with the bracket and woofer:

but, I see on ebay, and other dealer sites that they only sell what appears to be the subwoofer itself:

Also, what's this I hear about some piece that I need that goes behind the radio? I am going to install an RB1 in the next few days.

I'm not sure what your looking to pay, but from the link you gave it's showing over $400 eek2.gif

Try www.jparts.com and they have it for less. Many of us have gone through them for equipment.

ok so I just bought an 02 sport without a subwoofer. Now my question is, is there a "special" adapter to this as in i cant just run my subwoofer out rca to it? I have replaced the deck and was hoping to use my subwoofer fader control. so id have to use my subwoofer output. ie does anyone know what connection is on the subwoofer itself? sorry for the newbie question! #-o
