I've got a 2005 Jeep Liberty with the 6 disc changer that is broken. I am looking into the possibility of swapping in a used OEM unit to replace it instead of aftermarket. I'm pretty sure the CD player is used in a few different cars will any Jeep/Dodge 6 disk work as long as it looks the same?
This one is $36 bucks and it looks the same as the OEM unit in now, but it says compatibility is 2003-2004 Liberty:
