Is there one available and is there a benefit to fitting a slip yoke eliminator kit to the Liberty's transfer case?

Does not matter what vehicle you have
the SYE is only t-case related
Now the required new drive shaft will be
"custom"
Probably best purchased from a place like Tom Woods
How ever any drive shaft with the correct u-joints
and a slip joint can be cut and balanced
