:shrug: Scary Noise on cold start.. Knocking/Piston Slap Tensioners? W/video

So on cold start my libby has a knock coming from down low in the engine... Goes away when it warms up... I really would appreciate some help..
Checked Oil: OK
Oil Used: 5w-30 Mobile 1 Syntheic
F'ing Cold: 8 Degrees with negative windchills

Timing chain tensioners. I'll bet it quiets down as it warms up.

Sounds like you're power steering pump is also making some noise too. Probably from air in the system.

Yea.. The PS I have a leak :-( I just added fluid but the air bubbles havent worked there way out yet.... Ill fix it right when im closer to home 500+ miles away

How much do the tensioners cost? Cant do any of my own work :-( well i could but i dont think id have fingers left from the cold.. What do you think is reasonable cost for the repair (parts and labor)
