I previously owned a 2006 Jeep Liberty. Looking to buy a later model like 2011 or 2012. Anything that I should look for with the KK models? I considered the compass and patriots but wasn’t impressed with them. Thanks in advance!

Avoid the Sky Slider at all costs. It is unreliable and unfixable.
The 08 KK was the only one with a manual transmission, if you want one.
Make sure the heat works on all settings (floor, face, defrost). The air distribution box behind the dash breaks and will need replacing if the modes don’t work.
No real problem areas other than that. Good luck with the search.
