Yeah, I checked NAPA locally and the prices are insane here as well. My local NAPA wants $269.99 each! So its not just the garage, they are simply expensive here in Canada for some reason. RockAuto, even with shipping and duty charges comes out to 1/2 price.

The $395 from JeepinByAl comes out to $558.19 CAD after shipping (+ duty + tax).
Not really an option either...

The garage told me if I wanted to get parts myself, they would charge $100/hr instead of $75/hr, and would not give any warranty since its not their parts. I think that is fair. Even when paying shipping and duty, the RockAuto prices are 50% less than buying locally at NAPA, which are also just Monroe or Moog parts anyways.
