Recric Damper Replacement?

Our '02 KJ has gotten where the air blows at about 50% of what it should in the Recric position on the A/C Control Knob. The fan speeds operate normal in the position that allows outside air in.

I'm curious to know if the Damper is accessible without removing the Dashboard?
