Rear Wiper REEAALLY slow suddenly?

So today was a little drizzly and I had to turn on the wipers. Front ones worked fine but the rear one is going so slow all the sudden. It's down to only a 1/4 the speed it used to go, in both speed settings. I don't think anything else is wrong, not as far as I can tell anyway. Battery is good for sure. I looked for obvious damage and something holding it back, but nothing...

Any ideas on what to check for?

My booses kj did that, his wiper motor was shot....id check that area first
